  • “The way of life”, Charity Foundation 

“The way of life”, Charity Foundation was founded to help people with epilepsy and other neurological disorders. The foundation assists children in getting anti-seizure medication non-available in Armenia, having costly diagnostic examinations in Armenia and out of its borders as well as to get genetic testing for confirmation of diagnosis and further therapy.   • Howard Karagheusian Commemorative Corporation, USA

The Karagheusian Foundation’s programs run the gamut of medical, educational, social, and housing assistance. 
The Karagheusian Foundation provides other pediatric-healthcare programs as well. It sponsors life-saving surgeries for children with congenital heart disease, and distributes wheelchairs, hearing aids, and medications to children suffering from familial Mediterranean fever and epilepsy. Today, thousands of children are receiving medication free of charge at the clinic.  

  • Armenian American Medical Society of California, USA

The Armenian American Medical Society is the world’s largest medical organization for medical professionals of Armenian descent.  
Since January, 2003 through the efforts of Dr. Armen Cherik and Dr. Mark Nazarian, the AAMS has shipped EEG workstations and technical supplies, books and of anti-seizure medications to Armenia. Today, thousands of children are receiving medication free of charge.  

  • University Children’s Hospital of Zurich, Switzerland  

Ongoing collaboration with University Children’s Hospital of Zurich, Switzerland lasts more than 30 years. This partnership program gives possibility to get second opinion of the expert in the field. Traditionally, twice per year we are happy to welcome Prof. Eugen Boltshauser for consultation of complex patients, discussions of MRIs, teaching courses and assistance in performing complex laboratory testing abroad.  

  • “Saint Ivan Rilski” University Hospital, Sofia, Bulgaria

During past 5 years we are closely collaborating with the department of neurology and neurosurgery at University Hospital St. Ivan Rilski, Sophia, Bulgaria. A team of highly qualified professionals consisting of epileptologist, neurosurgeons and neuroanesthesiologist, visits “Arabkir” MC to perform complex surgeries to people with drug-resistant epilepsies. All cases are extensively discussed and selected prior to visit of the team.  

  • UCL Queen College 

Our division of Pediatric Neurology is a partner of SYNaPS Program. The SYNaPS International Collaboration allows UCL international researchers who work in the field of neurogenetic diseases to molecularly investigate Armenian populations mainly with peculiar early-onset movement disorders, epileptic encephalopathies and other neurogenetic disorders recruited by academic clinicians and researchers based in the different institutions that will progressively involve in the SYNaPS and IPDGC Armenia network.
ROW foundation 
                                            
The ROW Foundation is a shareholder of OWP Pharmaceuticals, a for-profit company that produces neurology and psychiatry medications. 
In 2015 a diagnosis grant in the form of a 32-channel video EEG workstation was given to the Armenian League Against Epilepsy, to be placed at Arabkir Pediatric Hospital in the capital city of Yerevan. Beginning in October 2016, an ongoing treatment grant has been supplying the hospital with Roweepra… (Levetiracetam USP) anti-seizure medication. This is an ongoing commitment of medication, to be resupplied every six months.
